The Trio Knife Set includes an 8" Chefs knife, 6" carving knife, and 3" paring knife. The 6" carving knife is a great multi-use knife that slices with ease through any meat, cheese or vegetable. The 3" paring knife is one of our favorite tools in the kitchen, it's great for trimming unwanted bits from any meat or vegetable.
All feature a heat-treated beech wood handle that provides water resistance for easy maintenance, and a fully hot-forged blade from X50CrMoV15 steel that sharpens easily and holds and sharp edge.
